add, edit or delete URL". Else the text will be "Webmaster, You can ...
edit or delete URL", i.e. without the word "add".
If there isn't room, you should move to another page.
For example, it can be a "The Other" page.
Or you can create a new subdirectory on any page (if there is room for subdirectories)
for your site description.
